House Budget Committee Ranking Member Chris Van Hollen joins Fox News Channel's Bill Hemmer on July 19, 2011 to discuss the continued debt ceiling negotiations and the need to forge a meaningful and balanced compromise. The two also discussed the House GOP's so called "Balanced Budget Amendment" proposal, which is designed to make it easier to reduce the deficit by slashing Medicare benefits rather than by closing tax loopholes for private jets.
