Video Description
The House of Representatives voted to pass Rep. Andy Barr's bill that brings the toughest financial sanctions to ever be directed at North Korea. This bill passed with bipartisan support in the Financial Services Committee as well as on the floor of the House of Representatives. With this legislation, banks across the globe will be forced to choose: you can either do business with the United States, or business with North Korea. You cannot do both.
