Rep. Gowdy explains on Fox News why the use of executive privilege by President Obama should be called into question. This past week, the House Committee on Oversight found Attorney General Holder in contempt by witholding documents from the Fast and Furious Congressional investigation. The Speaker will bring a full House vote to the floor next week.
