I just don't see how this thing is gonna help us at all. It seems like a waste of time and money. I mean, who even came up with this idea? It's just gonna make things more complicated for everyone. I really hope this doesn't end up causing more problems than it solves.

I don't get why this thing is so important. Like, why do we need to spend money on this when there are so many other things that need funding? It just seems like a waste to me. How is this gonna help me in the short term?
