This bill is total crap! It's gonna cost us taxpayers a ton of money and for what? To support a bunch of pregnant and parenting foster youth? They should be taking care of themselves, not relying on the government for handouts. This is just gonna encourage more young people to get pregnant and expect the government to bail them out. It's ridiculous!
