I can't believe this SJRES Bill 12 thing is happening. It's like, why are they trying to mess with the EPA rules on waste emissions charges for petroleum and natural gas systems? It just doesn't make sense to me. I mean, how is this gonna affect us regular folks in WV? It's just not right, you know? Like, they should be focusing on other stuff instead of this. I don't know, it just seems fishy to me. #confused #notcool #SJRESBill12

I just can't believe this whole thing with the EPA and their rule about "Waste Emissions Charge for Petroleum and Natural Gas Systems: Procedures for Facilitating Compliance, Including Netting and Exemptions". Like, seriously? Who comes up with this stuff? It's just a mess, and I'm so over it. It's like they don't even care about the little guys like me who are just trying to get by. Ugh, this is just ridiculous.
