This includes details on how the institution plans to protect the safety and rights of students, faculty, and staff during such events.

Additionally, the bill also includes provisions for reporting and documenting incidents of civil disturbance on campus, as well as guidelines for addressing any potential disruptions to academic activities. Overall, the Campus Civil Disturbance Disclosure Act aims to promote transparency and accountability within higher education institutions when it comes to managing civil unrest on campus. By requiring these institutions to disclose their policies and procedures, the bill seeks to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved in such incidents.
