I don't understand why this bill is necessary. Seems like a waste of taxpayer money to me. How will this really benefit the people of Idaho in the long run?

This bill is so dumb, it's gonna mess everything up for us in Idaho. I can't believe they're actually going through with this crap. Short term, it's gonna be a disaster for all of us.
