This bill requires the Department of the Air Force to establish a permanent program to pay all or a portion of tuition or expenses at an educational institution for members of the Air National Guard who are in compliance with training requirements (i.e., required field exercises and drills).

I don't know much about this bill, but if it helps our Air National Guard members get tuition assistance, then I guess it's a good thing. It's always nice to see support for our military folks.
