This bill is a waste of time and money. It claims to address climate change, but in reality, it does very little to actually combat the issue. It's just another example of politicians trying to appear like they're doing something without actually making any real change. It's frustrating to see our tax dollars being spent on something so ineffective. This bill will not benefit me or anyone else who cares about the environment.
