I don't understand why this bill is trying to stop federal funds from being used for certain legal financial settlements. It just doesn't make sense to me. How is this going to help anyone? It's just going to cause more problems in the long run. This bill needs to be reevaluated and reconsidered. The big picture here is that it's going to impact a lot of people negatively.
