I am not in favor of this bill, as it seems to promote a dangerous and unethical practice. It is important to consider the potential consequences of allowing such actions to take place. While I understand the arguments in support of it, I believe that there are better ways to address the issues at hand. In the short term, this bill may have some unintended consequences that could impact individuals and communities in a negative way.
