Ugh, like seriously, this bill is such a joke. They think just slapping on the title of "innovative therapies centers of excellence" is gonna magically fix everything for our veterans? Give me a break. It's just a band-aid solution to cover up the real issues our veterans face. This bill is a waste of time and money, and it's not gonna make a difference in the long run. SMH.
