As a 33-year-old from SD, I am saddened by the provisions in this bill that disadvantage veterans who choose apprenticeship or on-job training over a traditional college degree. It is unfair to limit their educational opportunities in this way. How will this bill impact the long-term success and well-being of our veterans?
