I am absolutely appalled by this bill. It is a complete waste of taxpayer money to reauthorize the Chesapeake Bay Office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. This bill does nothing to address the real issues facing our country and is just another example of government inefficiency. I cannot believe that our elected officials are wasting their time on this nonsense instead of focusing on important issues like healthcare and education. This bill is a disgrace and I will be contacting my representatives to express my outrage.
