I can't believe this bill is even being considered! It's just another way for the government to waste our hard-earned tax dollars. Why should we be paying out money to these Havlish Settling Judgment Creditors? It's ridiculous! This bill is a complete waste of time and resources. Who even comes up with this stuff?
