I think it's a great idea for the President to have to publish a statement of reasons for pardons. Transparency is important in our government, and this bill helps to ensure that the public knows why certain individuals are being pardoned. I don't think this bill is necessary. The President should have the right to grant pardons without having to explain themselves. It's their decision to make, not anyone else's. #UnitedStatesSBill256
