I don't know much about this bill, but it sounds like a bunch of hogwash to me. How is letting cows graze gonna prevent wildfires? Sounds like a waste of time and money if you ask me. I'm not convinced this is the solution we need. Who knows what kind of mess this could cause in the long run.
