This bill is long overdue! It's about time someone looked into how the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process is impacting our national security. It's a no-brainer that we need to prioritize quality over saving a few bucks when it comes to our safety. Did you know that this bill also requires the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to report their findings to Congress within 180 days? #importantinfo
