I can't believe this new bill is gonna make it a felony murder charge for distributing fentanyl that results in death. This is so unfair and unjust. It's gonna make things even worse for people struggling with addiction. Why can't they focus on helping people get the treatment they need instead of just throwing them in jail? This is gonna have a negative impact on so many lives.
