I think this bill is a good idea because it helps improve the historic rehabilitation tax credit. It could benefit a lot of people and communities. I hope it gets passed soon!

I don't get why they're pushing this bill. It just seems like another way for them to mess with our money. How is this supposed to help anyone in the long run? What's the real goal here?
