  • specify that provisions in the bill regarding certain Department of Health and Human Services regulations also apply to successor regulations.

I dunno what this bill is all about, but it sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. Why are they always messing with stuff that doesn't need to be messed with? It's just gonna cause more problems for us regular folks. Who even comes up with this stuff anyway?
