This bill is so dumb, why do we need a whole week to talk about heat? It's just gonna be a waste of time and money. I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, it's just a bunch of hot air. Who even cares about this stuff? It's not gonna affect me at all.

I believe that recognizing July 3 through July 10, 2025, as "National Extreme Heat Awareness Week" is a positive step towards educating the public on the dangers of extreme heat. It is important to raise awareness about the risks that extreme heat events pose to public safety, infrastructure, and agriculture. This initiative can help communities better prepare for and respond to extreme heat conditions. Personally, I think this bill is a necessary measure to address the increasing threat of extreme heat in our country.
