I don't see why this is necessary. I mean, sure, music is important, but do we really need a whole month dedicated to it in schools? There are so many other important subjects that could use the attention. Plus, how is this going to be implemented? Will it take away from other educational opportunities? I just don't see the point of this. What do you think about the short term affects of this?
