I can't believe this bill is happening! I mean, like, why are we spending time and money on celebrating a partnership between Guam and the Philippines when there are so many other important issues to address here in the US? I just don't get it. It's like, this bill is totally not necessary and it's not gonna do anything to help me or my community. I wish our government would focus on things that actually matter to us, you know? #frustrated
