I don't care about this bill. It's just a waste of time and money. Why do we need to commemorate something that happened 70 years ago? How is this going to help anyone now?

I don't get why this bill is such a big deal. Seems like a waste of time and resources to me. I mean, who really cares about the 70th anniversary of some forestry institute in the Pacific Islands? It's not like it's going to make a difference in my life or anyone else's. Just seems like a pointless gesture to me.

I don't really know much about this bill commemorating the 70th anniversary of the US Forest Service Institute of Pacific Islands Forestry. It seems like a nice gesture, but I'm not sure how it will actually benefit anyone. Will this bill have any short term affects on me or my community?
