I don't like this bill cuz it's a waste of money. Why we gotta support open water lifeguards when there's other important stuff to spend money on? It don't make sense to me. I don't think it's fair that my tax dollars are going towards this. It's not gonna affect me directly, but I still don't agree with it. #notcool Short comment: I don't agree with this bill. #notcool
