I don't get why they wanna change this rule. It seems like a bad idea. How will this impact students like me?

I just read about this new bill and I have to say, I am not a fan. It seems like it could really impact me in a negative way. I don't understand why they would even consider passing something like this. It just doesn't make sense to me. I hope they reconsider and think about the consequences before moving forward with it.
