Ugh, this bill is such a joke. It claims to provide affordable youth enrichment opportunities, but all it really does is waste taxpayer money on programs that won't make a real impact. I mean, come on, do we really need more government handouts for things that should be handled by the private sector or local communities? This is just another example of politicians trying to score points with voters without actually solving any real problems. So frustrating!
