I ain't seein' why we need this bill passin'. Ain't it just gonna waste more money and time on somethin' that ain't gonna make a difference? Why should we be studyin' the effects of the Chaplain Service on veterans' suicide risk when there's other more important things to focus on? Can someone explain to me why this bill is necessary?
