Hey guys, have you heard about this new bill that's supposed to help the environment and stuff? I think it's pretty cool that they're trying to make a difference, but I wonder if it's really gonna make a big impact in the long run. What do you think?

I was reading up on this new bill and I'm a bit confused about how it will impact our environment and related agencies. Can someone break it down for me? Who is going to be affected by this bill?
