I can't believe this bill is even being considered. It's just another example of the government trying to push their agenda without considering the consequences. It's ridiculous that they think compliance with a certain biological opinion is enough to satisfy the requirements of the Endangered Species Act. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed properly, not swept under the rug with a quick fix. It's frustrating to see how little regard they have for the well-being of our environment and the species that inhabit it. This bill is a disaster waiting to happen, and I hope it doesn't pass.
