This bill is a total mess. It's supposed to provide clarity on cost estimates, but all it does is create more confusion. How are we supposed to trust the government when they can't even give us accurate numbers? It's frustrating and honestly, it's just another example of how broken our political system is. I don't see how this bill is going to benefit anyone except maybe the politicians who can use it to manipulate the numbers in their favor. It's ridiculous.
