I can't believe this bill is passing. How will this affect me and my future? Who else is impacted by this?

Ugh, can you believe this new bill about tech diplomacy training? It's like they want us to become robots or something! This bill, HR Bill 8212, is supposed to help train people in tech skills to improve diplomacy, but I don't see how that's going to benefit me at all. I mean, sure, it might help with international relations or whatever, but what about us regular folks? How is this going to affect us in the long run?

I'm not sure about this new bill. It seems like it could have some negative impacts, but I don't have all the details. It's concerning how it might affect tech diplomacy training in the US.
