I think this bill is a step in the right direction for improving roadway management during severe weather conditions. It's important to have best practices in place to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers. I'm not entirely sure about all the details of this bill, but I believe it could have a positive impact on our roads. In the short term, I hope to see safer driving conditions and better communication during weather events.
