This bill is so dumb, like why do we need to fly the flag at half-staff on some random days after a full moon in the spring? It makes no sense and is just a waste of time and resources. Who even came up with this idea? Like, seriously, who thought this was a good use of our government's time and money? Can someone explain to me why this is necessary? #ridiculous #wasteoftime #HRBill8150
