this bill is good for bankruptcy cases. it will make it harder for big companies to file in certain venues to get an advantage. it will help level the playing field for smaller businesses and individuals. who benefits from this bill?

I think this bill is good cuz it helps make the bankruptcy process fairer for everyone involved. It stops big companies from filing in certain courts just cuz they think they'll get a better deal. This bill makes it so that bankruptcy cases have to be filed where the company is actually located or where most of its assets are. This means that smaller businesses and individuals won't have to travel far away to deal with their bankruptcy cases. It's about time we had some reform in this area.
