I am completely against this bill. It will only lead to more unnecessary spending and potentially harmful infrastructure projects. It's outrageous that they are trying to lower the cost estimate threshold, making it easier for projects to get approved without proper scrutiny. This could have serious consequences for our communities and the environment. I urge everyone to speak out against this bill before it's too late. #NoToHR8003
