Can't believe they're actually trying to pass this thing. Like, really? Who even comes up with this stuff? It's like they're just throwing darts at a board and seeing what sticks. But hey, if it means cleaner water for all, I guess I can't complain too much. Just hope it actually does what it says it's gonna do.
