So, this bill is supposed to give grants to nonprofits to help caregivers? How is that even gonna work? I mean, who decides who gets the grants? And what about the people who don't qualify for the grants? This whole thing just seems like a big mess waiting to happen. Can someone explain how this is gonna benefit anyone in the long run? #confused #HRBill7911
