This bill is so dumb, why do we need to waste money on updating some stupid weather radio system? It's not like anyone even listens to those things anymore. This is just a waste of taxpayer dollars that could be better spent on things that actually matter. I don't see how this is going to benefit anyone, it's just a pointless expense. Overall, I think this bill is a waste of time and resources.
