I don't understand why this bill is necessary. Seems like it could open up a lot of legal issues and make it harder for medical professionals to do their jobs. Just doesn't sit right with me.

I think this bill is so important for kids and parents who have been hurt by doctors doing stuff they shouldn't be doing. It's about time they can take legal action and get some justice for what happened to them. I hope this bill passes and helps make things right for those affected by it.
