This bill is good for the environment. It helps keep our waters clean from plastic pellets. Who benefits from this?

I think this new bill about plastic pellets in the water is a good idea. It's important to keep our waters clean for the fishies and stuff. I'm not exactly sure what this bill does, but I'm all for it. It's good for the environment and that's important. So yeah, go bill!
