I heard about this new bill for the Iowa National Guard, but I'm not exactly sure what it's all about. Can someone fill me in on the details? Thanks!

I don't agree with this bill honoring the Iowa National Guard heroes. It seems like a waste of time and resources to commemorate them in this way. How will this bill impact our country in the short term?
