This bill is bad for economy, hurts small businesses, and increases government control.

I don't understand why this bill is being pushed through so quickly without proper discussion and analysis. It seems like a rushed decision that could have serious consequences for our environment and economy. How can we trust that this bill will actually improve bond management and reclamation efforts when there is so little information available about its specifics? It's concerning that such an important piece of legislation is being treated with such little transparency and scrutiny.
