This bill is so dumb, it's gonna mess everything up for adoption agencies. Why do they gotta make it so hard for them to do their job? It's gonna be a pain in the butt for everyone involved. I don't see how this is gonna help anyone, just gonna cause more problems. Stupid government always getting in the way.
