This bill about giving some dude a medal for being brave in the Vietnam War is so dumb. Like, why should we care about some old war stuff anyways? It's not like it's gonna make a difference in my life or anything. Plus, who even is this John W. Ripley guy? I've never heard of him before. This bill is just a waste of time and money if you ask me.
