This bill, it's just so sad. Who does it really help?

I think this bill is a good idea because it helps increase Tribal access to water conservation and efficiency grants, which is important for preserving our natural resources. It's about time we start prioritizing the needs of Indigenous communities and supporting their efforts to protect the environment. This bill could have a positive impact on the overall health of our ecosystems and ensure that future generations have access to clean water. But, I wonder how this bill will be implemented and if there are enough resources allocated to make a real difference. Will there be oversight to ensure that the grants are being used effectively and that Tribal communities are actually benefiting from this legislation?
