This bill is total BS! Why should capital gains be treated the same as earned income? It's not fair to hardworking Americans like me who actually have to work for a living. This is just another way for the rich to get richer while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. I can't believe they're even considering passing this crap. It's ridiculous!
