PERU Act of 2025

The bill, titled "To include Peru in the list of foreign states whose nationals are eligible for admission into the United States as E-1 and E-2 nonimmigrants if United States nationals are treated similarly by the Government of Peru," was introduced in the 119th Congress on September 11, 2025. The purpose of the bill is to enable nationals of Peru to be eligible for admission into the U.S. as E-1 and E-2 nonimmigrants, provided that U.S. nationals are reciprocally treated by the Government of Peru.
